Brilliant UK Customer Service from Joe. Just purchased a hard shell suitcase from direct from Roncato UK. Tracking on their website is none existent so I messaged them. The reply from customer service (Joe) was excellent in keeping me informed and supplied shipping label with tracking info. The case itself looks very well made, although I have heard complaints about zips -which I avoid and wheels, time will tell.
