Shipping & Delivery

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Padova, Italy, and delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 working days with trusted carriers such as DHL, Royal Mail, and other reliable partners. If your order is available from our UK stock, delivery is typically faster and arrives within 2 to 3 working days.

For customers in London and the surrounding areas, we sometimes use our own dedicated drivers. In these cases, we will contact you beforehand to arrange a convenient delivery time. If you need your order urgently, we may also be able to arrange expedited delivery for an additional charge—please get in touch with us before placing your order to confirm availability.

We provide free delivery on all UK orders of £150 or more. For orders under £150, a flat shipping fee of £8.00 will apply.

As part of our commitment to customer care, all purchases made directly through roncato.co.uk include access to our comprehensive after-sales support and repair services.

Please note that orders are normally process the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays are also processed the next business day.

 

 

Your right of retraction

We test guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise in its original box for an exchange or a refund provided you meet the rules described hereafter. You have the right to retract the sale agreement at any time up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Please note we only accept refund or exchange on items that have been purchased on roncato.co.uk .

All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels, user instructions, guarantee card and other hangtags and wrappings, and in original packaging. You are responsible for returning the products to us as soon as possible. We do not accept responsibility for any postage or courier costs, customs and duty charges that your return may incur. 

If goods returned under your right of retraction are not in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return.

Return instructions

  • Please notify us of your return within 3 – 5 business days and we will e-mail you a return label, a return number, and further instructions on how to finalise your return.
  • Pack the item to be returned (only unused items, with authentic labels, use instructions, guarantee card and other hangtags and wrappings) in its original box to prevent damage while in transit.
  • Please include your name, your address, your phone number or email address and item number and/or description of item being returned with the returned item. Please also include an RMA number if it has been issued.
  • Provided you have respected all the above return requirements in our return policy , we will issue you a refund of the purchase price, The refund will be issued to you within 14 days of receiving your return item and is dependent on Roncato UK receiving a proof that the item has been returned. 
  • In the event you have not respected all return requirements, we will advise you by email the reasons why we can not approve your return within 14 days.

 

Please only return online purchased merchandise through the procedure described above. The products purchased online will not be refunded nor returned by our stores or dealers

 

Defective product, damaged product or product lost in transit and wrong delivery.

You must check whether your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your order, please follow the returns procedure within 24 hours, as described under “Your right of retraction”. 
Faulty goods or goods returned due to an error on Roncato UK’s part will also refund any cost incurred in returning the item. Subject to availability, we will send you a new Shipping Notification Email and automatically and immediately ship the correct replacement product at our own expense.
